Situated on the hills over Pieve Ligure, it overlooks Golfo Paradiso while providing a breathtaking view from the Portofino promontory to Capo Mele. Located between the mountains and the sea, among olive groves and terraces, La Cucina di GianPaolo does not aspire to be a restaurant.
Rather, it aims to be a place where you can comfortably sit down and chill out while tasting dishes that are served season after season.
The dishes created by Gian Paolo are the expression of Italy’s culinary traditions, which he taps into in order to innovate whilst choosing to sweeten tastes and perfumes if necessary and making the most of the top quality ingredients he uses.
Under the sign of good food produced with natural ingredients, his recipes favour substance over form.
