Viganotti chocolate factory is still using the ancient recipes, machinery and molds.
Recipes, ingredients, machines and “secrets” are passed unchanged from one generation to the next. Viganotti’s chocolate production has a 300-year-old tradition and offers a wide selection range.
It offers historical products: pralines (boero, chocolate range peel, chocolate brittle, sugay), spiced chocolate, ginevrine, i ginevroni, almond paste, fondant
It looks like time has stopped in the chocolate shop and calm and patience are the best ways of working. Every pralines its fruit of a careful handraft: smalls ‘jewels’ to taste
